Ordered an in-stock single item on April 27 thinking I should see it ship within a couple days. Waited 6 days (May 3) to get an updated shipping status online only to find a projected ship date of May 13. Called customer service and after a lengthy hold of more than 20 minutes, the ship date estimate of May 13 was confirmed.
How can any business perform this poorly and remain in business?
I laser cut, bent and welded the custom hitch receiver brackets to prepare for this one component within 2 days of designing and ordering this one piece from eTrailer.
Seriously, how can these people still be in business?
And now that I do a little research on this slow to ship issue, I see that there's many customers that are NOT enjoying they're experience any more than I am.
Hope they're rewarded appropriately. I for one will NEVER do business with them again. I suggest you all do the same.
My customers deserve better.

*UPDATE*
Received a replacement from another supplier at a 25% discount and it arrived 14 days prior to eTrailers projected shipment date. It's now fabricated into a finished custom receiver hitch ready for powdercoat.

Long time customer appears to have come to an end. Two weeks for In stock items to be mailed out is unacceptable. Not to mention the quality of shipping items, $575.00 worth of damaged items do to improper packaging is senseless and uncalled fore. It appears etrailer has become a middleman company with minimal to no actual employees, save your hard earned money and shop elsewhere !
See for yourself, give them a call and wait and wait, then check their own online reviews that strangely end in 2020 !

Dock Bumpers

Mistake filling my order and poor customer service

I ordered 2 trailer coupler locks, keyed alike. They arrived 10 days later, not keyed alike.
I could find no way to contact the company online, so I waited on hold 30 minutes. The customer service rep who answered said he would send 2 new locks and a return slip for the original locks. I waited another 10 minutes for him to complete this.
When I asked who I could talk to about the time I lost due to their mistake, he said there was no one. When I said that wasn't acceptable customer service, he hung up on me.
I wouldn't waste my time with this company again.

try someone else

ordered two items over a week ago. no communication response to emails. order split to ship stock item a week ago. they cant access their own inventory to ship it, so they will try again in 48 hours so the customer service rep says....do not recommend these guys, they can't fill their own orders from stock

Reached out to etrailer and got a reply from Erik B. who could not answer my question about factory underbed pucks in a 2008 Chevy 3500 HD 8'bed. I fried of mine has the same truck also with underbed pucks and he is using a #31056 adaptor into the pucks and mounting his 5th wheel hitch to it. I tried it in my pucks and it fits correctly. He thinks it is a Reese or Draw-Tite. Thanks. Is this part still available.

Ordered a hitch that came late. I refused delivery and was charged $56 out of a $154 order. Never again will I buy from ETrailer. It's a shame too since I own a multi sport trailer, and need occasional parts. Try www.easternmarine.com for better service.
